BIO 105 - The Biology of Diversity

Use genomic lab methods to study the diversity of soil viruses by conducting real research that will be published and is part of a national experiment. No previous experience necessary other than a willingness to learn by doing science.

Satisfies the laboratory science requirement.

Prerequisites & Notes
Half the time commitment per semester of a regular course, spread over two semesters and yielding one course credit. The student must successfully complete both semesters to receive credit. Limited to first year students.
