SOC 241 - Digital Sociology

This course considers how we experience the digital world and how that might differ from the “real” world. As with physical spaces, there are differences in how we experience digital spaces based on who we are and where we come from. We will use sociological concepts and methods to understand the social aspects of digital life. This includes social media, online video games, and other digital environments.
