FMD 498 - Senior Capstone

This capstone course serves as the culminating experience for Film, Media, and Digital Studies majors. Senior students will design, develop, and complete a fully realized project that synthesizes the theoretical, historical, technical, and methodological knowledge gained throughout the major. Projects may be critical, creative, or a combination of both, reflecting the interdisciplinary nature of the field. By the end of the semester, students will produce a polished project, such as a short film, an interactive digital work, a research paper, or another approved form. The seminar format encourages collaboration, peer critique, and iterative development, providing students with feedback throughout the creative and analytical process.
