BIO 251 - Light Microscopy

This methods course builds practical and theoretical knowledge of foundational and widely used techniques including brightfield, phase, fluorescence, and confocal microscopy.  Emerging methodologies such as superresolution and light sheet microscopy are also considered.

Satisfies Neuroscience minor requirement.

Prerequisites & Notes
Successful completion of BIO 111, 113, or 115 is required.
