PHI 325 - Philosophy of Law

Analysis of the nature and function of law including discussion of various theories of law, the relation of law to morality, and the economic analysis of law.  Includes an assessment of the principles of legal reasoning and jurisprudence with emphasis on discussion of decided cases.
