FRE 222 - Literature and Revolt

Literature treating the theme of social, moral, metaphysical, or political revolt.  Typical authors:  Gide, Mauriac, Camus, Ionesco.

Students entering 2012 and after: satisfies the distribution requirement in Literary Studies, Creative Writing, and Rhetoric.
Students entering before 2012: satisfies Literature distribution requirement.
