MUS 045 - Voice Class

Registration takes place on the music web page during course preferences registration or regular drop/add.

Students in this introductory class will receive a semester of biweekly instruction, each meeting for a 50 minute class. One class will cover sight singing, ear training, and the aural skills necessary to translate notation into sound.  The second class will be an introduction to the basic principles of singing such as posture, breathing, tone production, expressiveness, and vocal health. Through song, both solo and with classmates, students will combine ear training and vocal skills to establish a foundation for healthy singing.
